Living Gemstones

This world is constructed and sustained by an energy called love, but how much do we know about love? Is it just a concept that stays in our intellectual mind, or is it a feeling, a language that only our hearts can feel and speak?

We, as the founders of Napping Hay, realized after some period of solitude that we had both been living in fear, and almost all of our decisions were made based on the fear of being “wrong”. We lived in fear, because we lacked love. But, love has always been around us, yet, we were afraid this was not true. Until, we let our heart feel it.

Love is the language of the heart, and only can it be felt by our heart.

Love is like the air, it’s all around us. It’s in us, and it is us.

We took some time to feel this energy of love in all sorts of things - buildings, animals, plants, and… gemstones at home.

In the materialistic world, gemstones have always been associated with their rarity, thus affecting their price. They have also been associated with their functionality, and what benefits to health they can bring us. But, how much do we really really know about them? As in, really know them in person.

They have their own stories to tell. They have their own histories. They have their own characters. If you ask me, they have dignity, just like the bunnies in our family. Then, why do we not treat them with respect? Respect not out of fear, but respect out of love.

Suddenly, these gemstones become alive! Not that they haven’t been, or I shall say, these “gemstones”, since then, have been “activated” in our conceptual world. We established Napping Hay Ltd to be the nursery of all of these gemstones that come to our hands. We meet them, understand them, and we create a home for them. Every wooden box is different, unique, and original. It can be painted, pyrographed, and/or crafted, depending on their unique story.

We believe you are because you are still reading, so let’s begin a completely new chapter of your life, and let your universe be filled with love. Shall we?
